Who is responsible
Bilal Ashraf, trading as VarjoStrategy, Glasgow, Scotland, is the data controller for information collected through this website. Contact: hello@varjostrategy.com.
What we collect
- Business owners who contact us or book a call: name, business name, email, phone and details about your business.
- Homeowners who answer our adverts for our clients: name, phone, email, postcode and answers about their property and project.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and arrange calls (legitimate interests, or steps before a contract).
- To pass homeowner enquiries to the one firm covering that area, so they can arrange a survey, and to send booking reminders (consent given on the enquiry form).
- To run our business and keep records (legal obligation and legitimate interests).
Who we share it with
Homeowner enquiries go only to the single firm covering that postcode. We never sell personal information. We use trusted service providers to run our systems (for example our CRM, email, text messaging, and Meta for adverts), who process it on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This site doesn't set tracking cookies. If we add analytics or the Meta pixel later, we'll ask for your consent first and update this page.
